You can find the models in the folder 'C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 Evolution\Models '. Each model has a folder with the name of the model.

All WX5 templates have the same basic structure. When you check the folder for one of the models you will find a Hor-folder, which contains the files for the horizontal menu layout and a Ver folder with the files for the vertical layout. In the Hor and Ver folder you find two files and a number (mostly four) of sub-folder, starting with a '#-character.

The files are:

• Index.html, which is the main template file
• Settings.ini, which contains a few additional parameters.

In Evolution 8 the file template.css has moved from the subfolders for the colour schemes to the templates main folder.



The names of the subfolders are hexadecimal color-codes. These folders contain the cascading stylesheet (template.css) and the graphics for the a specific color variant of the template. When you select template in WX5 and hover over one of the colored boxes in the right hand corner of the screen a tooltip appears which shows this colorcode. For example:



In this case the folder is ...\Hor\<template name>\#7BD790 or ..\Ver\<template name\#7BD790 contains the files for the mint-green variant of the template.
