Themes > Templates
This technique only works if you have upgraded to WX5 version 7.0.9 or above!
If you want to add your own templates in a separate folder in the Template Selection Dialog follow these steps:
Go to the folder 'c:/program files/WebsiteX5 Evolution' and make a backup-copy of the folder 'Models.ini. If something goes wrong you can always restore this backup-copy.
Go to the Models-directory and copy the folder with the template you want to change to a new name, for example 'MyOwnTemplate' or create a directory if you want to add your own new template.
Edit the file 'Models.ini and at the top of this file add the lines:
[MyOwnTemplates]
#MyOwnTemplates
YourOwnTemplate1
YourOwnTemplate2
etc.
before '[Models]' if you have the templates pack or above ';0' if you do don't, leaving one line blank. Of course you can choose your own names, but the line 'YourOwnTemplate' must be the same as the folder-name you have saved your own template in.
The folder and the templates under this folder should now show up in WebsiteX5's Template Selection dialog.
